About Us
What does SEMPER mean?
Semper translates to Rehabilitation in Latin, something that we are very passionate about here when making individual tailored plans for patients.

Having a vast experience in a multitude of professional level sporting environments rehabilitation has always been the main area of focused treatment. This involves restoring health, well-being and functional movement by means of specifically prescribed exercise plans or providing patients who may require hands on treatment to help facilitate an reduction in pain and improve mobility.

Rehabilitation enables us to not just provide patients with 'quick fixes' but ensure they restore their functionality and also attain goals they may have set to return back to activity whatever the level or just to perform daily tasks.
This also doesn't have to be limited to individuals who have current injuries, pre-habilitation can be provided as a preventative measure to avoid injury and to help strengthen and condition the body to optimise performance.
